Aero TV Terms of use

Use of the Aero TV Services and IPTV subscription constitutes agreement to these Terms. You can view our Aero TV privacy policy here.

Aero TV Account configuration / email in file

Aero TV will set up your account after payment has been received and we and/or our payment partner(s) have reviewed the order(s) for fraud. It is your responsibility to provide us with an email address that is not @ the domain(s) under which you are registering. In the event of an abuse issue or if Aero TV needs to contact you, the primary registered email address will be used for this purpose. It is your responsibility to ensure that the registered email address is current or current at all times. If you have a domain name registered with Aero TV or Aero TV, it is your responsibility to ensure that the contact information for your domain account and your actual domain name(s) is correct and up-to-date. Aero TV and Aero TV are not responsible for a lapsed registration due to outdated contact information associated with the domain. If you need to verify or change this information, you must contact Aero TV by email. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in termination of your Aero TV account. In dedicated server purchases or high-risk transactions, it will be necessary to provide government-issued ID and possibly a scan of the credit card used for the purchase. If you do not meet these conditions, the order may be considered fraudulent and be refused.

Aero TV Service Transfers

Our Aero TV support team will do everything they can to help you move your IPTV service to us. However, transfers are provided as a courtesy service and Aero TV cannot guarantee the availability, possibility or time required to complete an account transfer. Every IPTV service provider is configured differently, and some platforms save data in an incompatible or proprietary format, which can make it extremely difficult, if not impossible, to migrate some or all account data. Aero TV will do our best, but in very rare cases we may not be able to assist you with a data transfer from an old provider.

Free transfer services are available for 30 days from your Aero TV signup date and only available if your previous service provider uses compatible formats. If your previous company operated a non-standard system, there may be a migration fee.
